The Council of Health Insurance confirmed that the unified health insurance policy includes many benefits.
He explained that the expenses of treatment in outpatient clinics through the document is to pay 75 riyals within the unified minimum network, and 300 riyals to hospitals outside the unified minimum network.
He added that the benefits are also represented in paying 100 riyals to service providers outside the unified minimum network, and returning the remains of the deceased to his original home with a maximum of 10,000 riyals.
He stressed that hospitalization expenses in hospitals are 600 riyals for a common room per day, as a maximum for a patient, and 150 shared rooms for a day as a minimum for facilities.
And he indicated that the benefits include bearing the expenses of pregnancy and childbirth at a rate of 15,000 riyals for natural birth or caesarean section, with complications of birth cases covered by the maximum benefit limit of the policy.
