The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the age of the Saudi employee must be from 18 to 60 years in order for him to be calculated within the scope of the establishment.

The ministry stated, through its Twitter account, that the worker cannot be employed by someone other than the employer without transferring the service or providing a secondment through the “Ajeer” platform.

She noted that the job mobility service is a service that organizes job transfers for expatriates from one facility to another in accordance with the contracts documented between the two parties.
