The Ministry of Health recommended that students get enough sleep at night; Preparing to return to school.

She stressed the importance of primary school students getting approximately 9-11 hours of sleep per day, and 8-10 hours per day for intermediate and secondary students.

She pointed out the importance of getting used to sleeping early in preparation for study, stressing that not sleeping enough hours affects the student’s academic achievement.
