Infectious diseases consultant, Dr. Tariq Al-Azraqi, said that the Omicron mutant is rapidly spreading, and no person will remain on the face of the globe without it.
And he explained, during his meeting on the “Eye of the Fifth” program on the “Al-Ikhbaria” channel, today (Sunday), that people most vulnerable to infection with the Omicron mutator, such as those with chronic diseases or the elderly, should immediately receive the vaccine and obtain the necessary doses.
He added that obtaining the necessary doses of the vaccine will make the symptoms in case of infection with the mutant mild, and will help to gain the necessary immunity, pointing out that if a person is infected with the mutant following a year or two, his infection will be like a cold.
