The National Center of Meteorology expected a number of regions to be affected by a hot to very hot wave during the next few days.
He explained that the eastern region is expected to be affected by very hot weather starting from tomorrow (Monday) until next (Saturday), while the eastern parts of Riyadh, Qassim and the northern borders will be affected by the same wave starting from (Wednesday), where temperatures range from 45-47 Celsius.
It also expected that some parts of Medina and Yanbu would be affected in the coming days by the heat wave, with temperatures ranging from 47-50 degrees Celsius.
Meteorology indicated that maximum temperatures are expected to range between 47 and 50 degrees Celsius in most governorates.
It is noteworthy that Dammam had the highest temperature recorded today with 47 degrees Celsius, followed by Wadi Al-Dawasir with 46 degrees Celsius, then Al-Ahsa, Riyadh and Qaisumah with 45 degrees Celsius.
