The National Center of Meteorology issued several warnings of continued thunderstorms today (Saturday) in parts of Riyadh, Al-Baha and Al-Sharqiya.
The center stated that the Riyadh region, specifically Al-Dawadmi, Al-Quwaiyah, Afif, Al-Zulfi, Al-Ghat, Al-Majma’a, Thadiq and Shaqra, will witness thunderstorms, activity in surface winds, and a decrease in visibility until 11:00 am.
He pointed out that parts of the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Jazan, Al-Baha and Asir will be on a date with thunderstorms and activity in surface winds until (08:00) in the evening, explaining that parts of the eastern region will witness thunderstorms accompanied by heavy rains and activity in surface winds and hail and torrential rain until The time is (11:00) in the morning.
