The National Center of Meteorology expected rain in some regions of the Kingdom from tomorrow (Wednesday) until next Saturday.
He explained that the rains will be moderate over the southern parts of the eastern region (Al-Batha port, the Empty Quarter desert), and the southern parts of the Riyadh region (Wadi Al-Dawasir), to continue from Wednesday to Saturday.
He pointed out that it will extend on Thursday to include the regions of Najran, Asir, and Jazan, and will be from medium to heavy, adding that rain is expected on Friday and Saturday in the regions of Al-Baha and Makkah.
The center clarified that rain will be accompanied by hail, active downdrafts, and raised dust that may lead to a near-lack of horizontal visibility.
