The nutrition expert, Dr. Ruwaida Idris, advised that it is necessary to know the personal caloric needs commensurate with the lifestyle of each person, and that regardless of the difference in sleeping hours and waking up time, healthy nutritional practices should be adhered to as much as possible.

She said in an interview with News 24: All the basic meals are important, but if you get up late, The best for our health is to eat a light, complete and healthy meal such as: yogurt, oats, and fresh fruits.

She added that following that, the rest of the meals are eaten, so that there is 5 hours between the main meal and the other, interspersed with light meals while adhering to the calories, provided that the last meal is three hours before bed.
