News 24 | Public Prosecution: Health practitioners are prohibited from using unlicensed medical personnel

The Public Prosecution stated that the tasks of the health practitioner are concerned with high penal protection and are surrounded by strict health guarantees, in order to preserve public health and the reliability of professional practices in this regard.

The Public Prosecution stressed that the health practitioner is prohibited from recruiting unlicensed health professionals, or providing assistance to any person who practices a health profession illegally, in accordance with the health professions practice system.

The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the security authorities, recently arrested a violator practicing the profession of alternative medicine without a license, through social media platforms, claiming that he is a specialized consultant in the city of Riyadh.
