King Saud Medical City has warned of dehydration that affects children, calling for a doctor to be consulted if symptoms develop into persistent diarrhea or vomiting or if they do not want to drink.

The city indicated that the symptoms of dehydration in the child are feeling thirsty and urinating less times during the day.

She added that these symptoms may deteriorate into persistent diarrhea for several days, vomiting for more than a day, or the child not retaining any fluids, or not wanting to take any drink for several hours.

She advised in the event of these symptoms to see a doctor immediately; To examine the child and obtain the necessary medical advice.
