Sources revealed toNews 24“The Unified Security Operations Center in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region 911 received a report from citizen A, M, the father of the injured young man, stating that his son, “A”, was shot by a pistol that pierced his right cheek, which was caused by his neighbor’s son, following a speculation that occurred between them.
The sources confirmed that the competent security authorities started the case, where a live gunshot was found at the site and traces of blood were found at the entrance to the victim’s house, while the perpetrator surrendered voluntarily in the presence of his father with the delivery of the crime pistol, and it was seized with the empty bullets used.
The Public Prosecution Office in Makkah, in conjunction with the Holy Capital Police, represented by the Al-Kaakiyah Police Station, opened an investigation file by virtue of its jurisdiction before referring the case file to the competent court.
