Documentary and historical photographs of the Kingdom and its kings taken by the French photographer Chekov Minoza, more than 50 years ago, attracted the attention of the audience at a celebration organized by the Riyadh Municipality on the occasion of the founding day.
The photos that were reviewed included documentary pictures of the various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to historical pictures that appear for the first time of the capital, Riyadh, and its personalities, and pictures of the previous kings of the Kingdom.
The ceremony, which was held at the Riyadh Front Center for Exhibitions and Conferences, included an operetta of popular performances, a paragraph entitled “From the Memory of History”, and visual shows reflecting the history and heritage of the Kingdom, in addition to a number of other events and activities.
