NFL 2021 – Season out for the stars

Big setback for the Baltimore Ravens! Offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley will have surgery on his left ankle for the second time this season and will be out for the remainder of the season. “At this point in time, my ankle is not where it should be,” Stanley said in a statement: “This is the best decision not only for my health, but also for the team in the long run. I look forward to it to support my team from the sidelines this season and return completely healthy in 2022. ” For the Ravens, the 27-year-old is already the 17th player on the injured reserve list – the highest in the league. In Staley’s absence, ex-steeler Alejandro Villanueva will continue to protect the blind side of quarterback Lamar Jacksons as the left tackle.
