The NFL earned nearly $12 billion in the 2022 season.
According to the teams’ official annual accounts, national revenues increased to a total of 11.98 billion.
The only numbers released are from the annual accounts released by the Green Bay Packers. Because the Wisconsin franchise is the only listed team in the NFL and therefore has to disclose the numbers.
Each team takes in $374.4 million
The Packers earned $374.4 million last season. Since this income also applies to all other 31 teams in the NFL, the total is almost twelve billion dollars.
That means a growth rate of 7.8 percent following national revenues had increased by 12 percent in the previous season.
