Nigeria: construction of a new deep water port in Lagos for 2.5 billion dollars

The Federal Government of Nigeria has authorized the construction of a deep water port in Lagos State for 2.5 billion dollars. This is the Port of Badagry project which was already awarded a full business case certificate by the Infrastructure Concessions Regulatory Commission (CICR) last April.
