In Latin America several children have been victims of attacks by dogs that have caused their death. In this case, the event was in Ecuador; A nine-year-old girl died following being attacked by two pit bull dogs.
The event happened last Wednesday, April 12. This attack occurred while the girl was alone in her house in Durán, Guayas province.
The little girl wanted to play with the dogs, which were family pets, but they attacked the girl causing serious injuries that led to her death.
The neighbors heard the screams of the minor and tried to help her. Upon seeing the scene between men, they beat the animals with some sticks, until they were killed, according to Ecuavisa. The little girl’s relatives tried to save her, finding her on the patio floor of her house, but it was too late.
Agents from the Crime Laboratory came to collect the body of the little girl, while other police officers investigate the case carefully.
