Globo decided to reduce the duration of the 2023 season of No Limite as much as possible, the new edition of the reality show will have only ten episodes.
This was the alternative that the broadcaster had to fulfill the contract and not suffer so much in terms of ratings, following the last edition of the program was well below expectations since its return, in 2021.
Globo committed to producing at least three new seasons of the attraction when it reacquired the rights to Survivor, the American program that originated “No Limite”, and therefore the broadcaster might not simply cancel the reality.
In addition, Globo also cut the program A Eliminação. The attraction was commanded by former BBB Ana Clara who interviewed the eliminated of the week on Sunday nights, following Fantástico.
