Loughrea, Ireland – The community mourns the loss of Sister Bosco (Maureen) Casey, who passed away peacefully on friday, August 15, 2025. A cherished member of the mercy Convent in Loughrea, Sister Bosco was also formerly of Kilcolman, clarina, Co. Limerick. Her passing occurred in the tender care of the nursing staff at St. BrendanS Community Nursing unit.

Born to John and Margaret Casey, Sister Bosco’s life was predeceased by her parents, as well as her siblings Patrick, Gerard, and Veronica. Her warm spirit and dedication touched many lives throughout her journey.

Sister Bosco will be deeply missed by her surviving brothers,Seán and Denis,and their wives Sheila and Eileen.
