Sustainable investing is becoming increasingly popular, including in Austria. In the previous year, the volume of such mutual funds in this country grew to more than 45.3 billion euros, which corresponds to an increase of around 18 percent compared to the previous year. Why not? After all, there is also a good conscience as a bonus when you invest your money in such a way that neither the environment nor society is harmed. But, is this really the truth?
