One million euros per month: the villas they inherited are becoming too expensive for Berlusconi’s children – Italy

Admittedly, it is a luxury problem: most people would be happy to inherit several dream villas in Italy, on the Côte d’Azur and in the Caribbean. And Silvio Berlusconi’s children aren’t complaining either. Not in principle. But: The more than a dozen villas and residences that the billionaire and four-time former head of government, who died in June 2023, left to his descendants, also cost money. Quite a lot, in fact: according to Italian media reports, the operating costs for the villa collection amount to at least one million euros – per month! And so Marina (57), Pier Silvio (54), Barbara (39), Eleonora (37) and Luigi Berlusconi (35) have decided to sell at least part of the inherited real estate park.
