Vienna – The household fee for the ORF from 2024 might be significantly cheaper for the payers – if the Ministry of Finance covers the previous fees of seven federal states from the federal budget. The “Krone” reports that this is now actually planned. To date, more than 151 million euros per year have been paid to these countries as taxes on the GIS.
