After a year’s break he is back: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov landed in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, on Thursday morning. The country is currently chairing the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and is now hosting the two-day annual meeting at the end of its presidency.
