ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan is the biggest liar on earth. He also accused the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief of ruining the country’s economy.
His response was in an interview given to the British newspaper The Guardian. Citing Cipher audio leak, Shahbaz Sharif said it is an undeniable truth that Imran Khan is the biggest liar on earth. In April, the PTI had alleged that the cipher issue served as the focal point to oust Imran Khan from the post of Prime Minister.
“I am not saying this with joy but with shame and concern. The lies told for personal interest have ruined the image of my country. His policies have ruined the country’s economy,” Sharif said in an interview. He also accused Imran Khan of injecting poison into society to polarize voters following he was ousted in a no-confidence vote in April.
