It’s no secret that Paris Saint-Germain have a buyout clause, estimated at 6 million euros, to recover attacking midfielder Xavi Simons (20 years old, 48 games and 22 goals in all competitions for the season 2022-2023) this summer. And according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the capital club has now informed PSV Eindhoven of its decision to activate this clause which expires on July 31.
However, the final decision is up to the Dutch international, so he still has 25 days to give his answer. According to the latest echoes, the player trained at FC Barcelona is currently closer to an extension with PSV than a return to PSG.
