As Kaivax stated in a post just now, End of Eternity set bonuses will move to Legacy with the deployment of Patch 10.0, disabling them in combat.
Although developers switch bonuses from old sets to Legacy on a regular basis, this change usually doesn’t happen this soon following you get them. Unfortunately, the extent of the class changes coming with Patch 10.0 are exceptional circumstances that led to this decision. This should no longer be the case.
In order to take into account the removal of set bonuses and the addition of new talent trees, the game content will be rebalanced in Patch 10.0 so that the difficulty remains relatively the same.
