Pathfinder Minerals PLC – natural resources company holding heavy mineral sands licenses in Mozambique – Update on the sale of IM Minerals Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, to Acumen Advisory Group LLC. AAG has been told by its UK legal adviser that it has received approximately £1.1 million into its client account. These funds, plus expected additional funds, will be used to pay Pathfinder and enable the sale to be completed.
