Rental income increased by almost 7% to 25.7 million francs in the first half of 2023/2024, indicates the fund listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.

The real estate fund Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (PSREF) recorded an increase in its rental income in the first half of 2023/2024 (April to September). The net value per share also increased.

Rental income increased by almost 7% to 25.7 million francs, the fund listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange indicated Thursday evening. The net asset value per unit stood at 149.04 francs, following 147.33 francs a year earlier.

The trend should continue in the future, thanks to the reduction in the vacancy rate and the indexation of rents. The fund also has a rental reserve representing around 3 million francs, particularly in relation to available space and a building in Renens (VD).

Furthermore, building maintenance expenses are declining, while general building costs remain stable.
