Pension reform: points of vigilance of March 21, 2023 of the National Health Conference (CNS)

The National Health Conference (CNS) has been particularly attentive to the debates around the pension reform through the amending social security financing bill for 2023.

Since its creation, the CNS has advocated for the strengthening of social ties and solidarity and for an unfailing commitment by all stakeholders once morest social, territorial and environmental inequalities in health.

In a context of very strong tensions in the health and medico-social sector, the CNS expresses its deep concern regarding the consequences of this pension reform for health, social and medico-social professionals as well as for the health system as a whole.

The CNS urges that the current reform of the pension system be the subject of a detailed impact assessment on the working conditions of our health professionals, major determinants of their health and, consequently, of attractiveness of health professions.

The Standing Committee of the national authority examined, on March 17, in “emergency procedure” and in respect of parliamentary time, several points of vigilance, the draft text of which was adopted electronically on March 21, 2023.
