The “Juana María de Lara” Women’s Rehabilitation and Labor Reintegration Center, in Ciudad del Este, carries out the project called “We dream of a better tomorrow”, consisting of the making of rosettes to be distributed free of charge during national holidays in centers educational institutions and institutions of the Esteña and Paraná community.

The preparation is in charge of women deprived of liberty and penitentiary agents, reported the Ministry of Justice.

The objective is to benefit educational centers and institutions so that students and citizens can wear the badges made in the aforementioned establishment, thus carrying on their chests “the desire of women deprived of liberty to once once more be useful to society.” said Lourdes Nelsi Centurión, director of the “Juana María de Lara” center.

With the work of 20 MPL, the aim is to reach 4,000 rosettes. This is an initiative that has already been underway for several years.
