People killed in rocket hit residential building in Odessa region

According to Ukrainian sources, at least ten people were killed in a residential building in a Russian rocket attack in the southern Ukrainian region of Odessa. The spokesman for the Odessa regional administration, Serhiy Brachuk, said on Friday night that the rocket had been fired from a plane flying over the Black Sea. “The death toll in the rocket attack on the residential building has risen to ten.”
