In Perm, criminal investigation officers detained a man who was attacking women in the Industrial district of the city. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory. Previously, police suspected that he was a native of the Sverdlovsk region.
“Criminal investigation officers detained a man. He is suspected of committing attacks on women in the Industrial district of Perm,” the department reported on its telegram channel.
Earlier it was reported that Perm officials, together with the police looking for a maniacwho attacked women. He strangled one of the victims for regarding seven minutes until a man intervened, following which the criminal escaped. The police suspected a native of the Sverdlovsk region of the attacks.
