American singer Pink has suspended the dates of her current Summer Carnival Tour – which began on June 7, 2023 – as she canceled the dates scheduled in Vancouver, Canada, and will reschedule the shows later.
Pink explained to her fans on social media that the reason behind temporarily stopping her work was a respiratory infection, which prompted her to prioritize her health.
“Vancouver shows have been postponed,” she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter and Instagram. Sending everyone lots of love and my sincere apologies.” In an attached photo, Pink explained that under doctor’s orders, she will not be able to perform at the Vancouver shows on Friday and Saturday.
The singer confirmed that the American entertainment company Live Nation, which promotes, operates and manages ticket sales, is working on new dates to reschedule the shows, and she is looking forward to being able to take to the stage once more.
