“Like a part of nature”
The “green” noise protection wall is 425 meters long and should last for at least 60 years. It is still brown and looks bald, but without intensive care it will reach its final state by itself. “The wall looks like a part of nature, binds fine dust and offers insects a habitat,” explained Stefan Gieselbrecht, head of the Vorarlberg company green concept, which implements such projects.
