Bangalore: Kannada television actress Chetana Raj has died following undergoing plastic surgery. He died on May 16 at a private hospital in Bangalore during a ‘fat free’ surgery to remove fat.
The 21-year-old actress was pronounced dead following her lungs became waterlogged.
Chetana’s parents have lodged a complaint with the hospital authorities alleging that the doctor was negligent in causing her daughter’s untimely death. Chetana Raj has acted in serials like Geeta and Doresani.
