Platinum Games co-founder and Bayonetta series author Hideki Kamiya said he would like to find a job in 2024 to “provide food for myself.” He spoke regarding this in an interview with Famitsu.
Kamiya noted that he was looking for work in the gaming industry. It is known that following leaving Platinum Games he does not have the right to take similar positions for a year. The developer did not disclose details – presumably, we are talking regarding an NDA between the parties.
Kamiya previously commented on the future of the Bayonetta franchise. According to him, he is sad that the series will not end the way he wanted, but he is confident that the rights holders will continue the series.
