Have you ever had a refrigerator door break? This traitor of cold foods is always trying to open up and never fully closes. Peter Quill had the same problem on his ship Milano in Guardians of the Galaxy from Square Enix.
The official twitter of the game shared an important statistic, which noted how many times the players tried to close the hated door. It turned out that more than 18.6 million times. You can close it, but when you return, the door will be open once more.
Creative director Jean-Francois Dugas said he came up with the idea for the door following watching Modern Family and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The first show had Phil Dunphy always tripping on the stairs he never fixed, and the second had an episode of Charlie in the bar always doing something to the stool when he passed it.
