PlayStation: Advent calendar started with winnings

The Advent period has started. PlayStation is also back in the game and gives you the opportunity to win selected prizes after investing credits.

Update from December 4, 2021: It continues this Saturday with a “The Elder Scrolls Online” package, which consists of the Collector’s Edition of the game for PS4, a cookbook, an 04Artbook and a Bodypillow. Small “The Elder Scrolls Online” packages are given out as consolation prizes in the PlayStation Advent Calendar. They include the game, a leather notebook, and a keychain.

If you are still missing a few points: Sony has provided us with a code that will give you 1,000 credits: SVT-3TT-VA1

The code can be redeemed indefinitely, but only once per account.

In the large PLAY3.DE forum the profits of the coming days are also discussed.

Update from December 3, 2021: You can open a door again today and take part in the competition. The advent calendar brings a lucky winner an Xperia 1 III in purple. As side prizes there are three EA packages with several games, including “FIFA 22” and “Battlefield 2042”.

Update from December 2, 2021: The prizes on the second day include a fan package for “The Last of Us Part 2”. It includes a special PS4 Pro console, an Ellie statue and a Seagate hard drive. As a consolation prize, there is a merchandise package consisting of a shirt, badges and sweater.

Update from December 1, 2021: Today you can win a Razer Iskur gaming chair and a Razer Kaira X headset.

Original message: The annual Christmas festival is just around the corner. And once again Sony is launching a PlayStation Advent Calendar that lets you win selected prizes.

This time, however, you cannot take part without hurdles. Because in order to be able to take part in the competitions, you have to invest credits that you receive through various activities.

You will already receive 5,000 coins credited if you have a valid PlayStation Plus membership. There are also credits for the trophies you have earned, with trophies earned during the campaign period being worth more.

This is how you get credits

Ultimately, there are several ways to earn credits for the PlayStation Advent Calendar.

  • Play and collect PS4 trophies (PS3 and PS5 trophies do not count)
  • Play booster games for even more credits (x30)
  • Answer the daily quiz question (300 credits)
  • Watch a video every day (300 credits)
  • Invite friends (1,000 credits)
  • Look at pages (300 credits)

If you have collected enough credits, you can buy daily raffle tickets with which you can open one of the little doors and take part in the raffle. This is how it works:

  • Sign in with your PlayStation account.
  • Complete assignments and earn credits.
  • Use the credits to buy raffle tickets to win prizes every day.

The PlayStation Advent Calendar will start (unsurprisingly) tomorrow, December 1st, 2021. By clicking on the link below, you will land on the relevant campaign page, where you can get more information and take part directly.

The inquisitive players have also been thought of. So you can invest your points in advance and take a look at the expected profits. It is possible to open individual doors with an investment of 1,000 coins each. Various profits are hidden behind it. To name a few examples:

  • Gaming-Monitor ROG PG32UQ
  • Wifi 6 Router ROG Strix GS-AX5400
  • Pulse 3D Wireless-Headset
  • Playseat – Pro Racing Seat
  • DualSense Wireless-Controller
  • Sony WH1000XM4 wireless headphones
  • PS4 Pro in der Death Stranding Limited Edition
  • Tiny Tinas Wonderlands-Package
  • And numerous other prizes

Maybe a PS5 is hiding behind one of the doors? To spoil a bit: You won’t find anything on December 24, 2021.
