Zurich (awp) – The real estate company Plazza confirms its profit forecasts for the current financial year, said a press release from the Zurich company on Monday.
Operating profit before depreciation and revaluations is expected to be around 20 million Swiss francs, which would represent a stable figure in annual comparison.
The value of the portfolio, as previously announced, should cross the billion Swiss francs mark.
Plazza specializes in residential real estate in the mid-price segment, the firm recalls.
