“The horse is at its best. After his fourth place at Vincennes, where he improved his personal time, he signed a fine victory at the end of January, at Saint-Galmier. In the process, he faces a good entry at Agen. C He’s also the richest in the race. We don’t hesitate to go for miles with him, looking for interesting races. As you know, this trotter always gives his best. He’s a warrior, Saturday , I’m expecting a good result… Then, he has a more sparse program in March. We may be running him a little on the trot, in lean-tos and amateurs, to take his mind off things, in order to prepare spring on the grass. Also to see if he can pick up a little speed in the sulky, even if he has taken the annoying habit of making mistakes. In the canters, he is regularly at a gallop.”
