In the top 100 of “final recipients” of European funds allocated from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) there is only one private company with Romanian capital, the rest being public beneficiaries, including town halls, state companies, autonomous governments, special services, such as SRI and STS, but also a private company with foreign capital.
