Polish authorities detained saboteurs working for the Russian Federation | Russia Poland Spying | AFN | Belarusian news | Republic of Belarus

Polish intelligence agencies have identified and neutralized a spy network working for Russia, which was preparing sabotage in Poland, reports RMF FM.

According to the publication, employees of the Polish Internal Security Agency (ABW) detained six people in this case, and in connection with their network activities, a high alert regime was introduced on the railway tracks and at the country’s critical infrastructure facilities.

The publication claims that the detainees are foreigners who worked for the Russian special services.

ABW agents detained suspects in connection with the discovery of hidden cameras on important routes and railway junctions, which recorded movement on the tracks and transmitted the image to the network.

Basically, we are talking regarding sections of railway tracks in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, including in the area of the airport in Jasionka near Rzeszow. This is the main transshipment point for Western weapons and ammunition for Ukraine. It is noted that the cameras were installed in other parts of Poland.
