Belfast – After two years of political crisis, Northern Ireland is set to have a functioning government once more on Saturday. There is now a basis on which the Northern Irish Assembly can meet and fill the offices of First and Deputy First Minister, said the leader of Northern Ireland’s largest pro-British party DUP, Jeffrey Donaldson, on Thursday evening.
