The graph below shows the prospects for population growth between now and 2035. According to estimates, the number of inhabitants of the arrondissements of Bastogne, Neufchâteau and Arlon, as well as of the province of Luxembourg, would remain higher than that of Wallonia.
It will be noted that the arrondissement of Bastogne would see a much greater demographic growth than the other arrondissements.
In addition, the districts of Marche and Virton would see only a very slight increase in the number of inhabitants by 2035.
