A businessman from the Pöttmes community (Aichach-Friedberg district) and a representative of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) of Munich and Upper Bavaria met before the Bavarian Administrative Court in Augsburg. The businessman had received 7,500 euros in bridging money, but had not submitted the necessary documents. The judge explained why he cannot make an exception.
