Why is the UN treaty against cybercrime under fire?

Three years of intense negotiations ended Thursday in New York. After two weeks of final discussions, the first UN text to combat cybercrime worldwide was unanimously approved. It will then have to go before the General Assembly for formal adoption, and to enter into force, it will have to be ratified by 40 member states.
