Parts of the Penzing (14th) and Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus (15th) districts were affected, the Wiener Netze informed at 7:24 p.m. According to the website, the disruption in the 14th district was resolved shortly followingwards, and the disruption in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus was also resolved at 10:27 p.m. The cause of the power outage was initially unknown.
