The precautionary measure is granted and the National Social Security Administration is ordered to suspend the application of the pertinent parts of Circular DP 22/23 issued on 05/08/2023, as long as it provides in its first part “… signed individually by the owner person…”, and in its last paragraph: “…require a signature by the applicant…”, with respect to the presenting lawyers, being empowered in their presentations before ANSES to act as attorneys for older adults , requesting acceptance of the Pension Debt Plan established by Law 27705, and the procurement instrument must contain specific powers for this purpose, all under their responsibility.
