Cairo – ASA:
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 236 of 2023 transferring Ahmed Fawzy Abdullah, the president of category (B) at the Shebeen El-Koum Primary Court, to a non-judicial position in the Central Agency for Organization and Administration equivalent to his current position.
President El-Sisi also issued Republican Decree No. 237 of 2023 transferring Ahmed Hosni Zakaria Brik, a judge at the Heloun Court of First Instance, to a non-judicial position in the Central Agency for Organization and Administration equivalent to his current position.
Both decisions were published today in the Official Gazette
