Presidential election in the Czech Republic enters decisive round – Czech Republic

Prague – In the Czech Republic, the two-day run-off election for the presidency begins this Friday. The former NATO General Petr Pavel meets the populist ex-Prime Minister Andrej Babiš. Polling stations open at 2 p.m. In the last polls, the 61-year-old ex-general was ahead. Around 8.3 million people are entitled to vote in the EU and NATO member state.
