Kingstown – The presidents of the South American countries Venezuela and Guyana met on Thursday in the border dispute over the oil-rich Essequibo region. A video released by the Venezuelan government showed President Nicolás Maduro with his counterpart Irfaan Ali. The meeting will take place in the island nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
